Plot Summary:Detective Ron Taylor is framed for the murder of a suspect in custody by a renegade car thief. While Taylor fights to survive in prison, the real killer is engaged in a hostile take-over of the city's number one "chop-shop" and his partner is trying to figure out who set Taylor up, and why.
