Plot Summary:Four years ago a woman, at the wrong place at the wrong time, was brutally murdered by a member of a mob outfit. Now; after exacting revenge on the guilty perpetrators and associates of the crime outfit; the father confronts the last man he sees as equally responsible for her death; the owner of the restaurant who allowed the gangsters to have their meetings. Can one be absolved for not helping to prevent a tragic death?
