Plot Summary:The youngest protagonist of the film is Wartburg, an automobile over 50 years of age. The car is still on the road, driven by Bogdan, who is inside it with his mother Kazimiera. This road movie which takes place between the concentration camp of Majdanek, Poland and a former Nazi labour factory in Germany is a journey into the past, retracing memories from the war. It is also a portrayal of a unique relationship.

乍看之下很像劇情片，極佩服可以把紀錄片拍得這麼精準，再多看卻又覺得太過於精準了，想要透過車子、旅程、歷史的表達都到位了，可是總覺得人(雖然也極生動)卻因為這個精準而變得沒那麼出彩，稍覺可惜，覺得這樣很多不可抗的神聖時刻都消失不見。最打動我的是這對母子相處卻像情侶、相依為命的身影。
